My perspective is shaped by the intersection of information science, patient partnership, human-centered design, and lived experience. Whether I'm speaking with clinicians, researchers, policymakers, technology teams, or patient communities, my goal is the same: to help people see healthcare through the eyes of those who experience it every day.
